Meet the Founder.
REXI was founded by Joe Rogers, a licensed real estate professional with experience across both sides of the transaction, and a lifelong immersion in property, development, and design.
Joe has worked across major residential markets including Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and Noosa, advising on acquisitions ranging from tightly held family homes to development-led opportunities. His career spans buyer advocacy, projects, and strategic consulting roles with some of Australia’s largest organisations, experience that brings structure, discipline, and clarity to every decision.
Alongside this, Joe is formally trained in interior design. This design literacy allows him to see beyond finishes and styling, to understand proportion, flow, light, and spatial potential, and to help clients recognise what a property can become, not just what it is on the day of inspection.
REXI is the convergence of these disciplines. A practice built around judgement, taste, and execution, for buyers who want to make confident decisions and unlock the full potential of what they acquire.
